Pacific LeFleur Properties, LLC was formed in 2015 by Nilda Siagiagi Suficiencia-Pierre to provide long-term housing in the Central Texas Area. As a small business, they have expanded to offer corporate housing and short-term rentals to their customers.

Nilda and Demerce are proud Military Veterans and with their two children, Derrick Jr. and Moana, they are excited for the opportunity continue to serve Central Texas especially our service men and women in uniform serving at Fort Cavazos.
